Spent about 4 hours with Rob and his staff while leasing a new Explorer. The entire experience was enjoyable, a variety of vehicles was offered and we were given our choice of what we found. I have owned over 30 cars/trucks in my life and let me tell you, i hate car shopping!! Many dealers are pushy and just generaly not in it for "you" and what you want. This however is not the case at Lombard Ford, all the employees seemed very friendly and "real", not just being fake to make the sale. My salesperson Mea Windecker was very friendly and down to earth and made buying the truck that i fell in love with a breeze. Every aspect of my purchase at Lombard went smoothly with no problems or hidden fees or anything of that sort. Mea's Approach was very friendly. Everyone there works together to help each other to benefit the customer.
