It was truly a pleasure buying a new Ford Escape from this dealer. They were very personable. Not just friendly but absolutely heartwarming. I did however, go to the Torrington Ford Dealer and was not this dealer. They were very personable. Not just friendly but absolutely heartwarming. My husband and I were very impressed with the whole staff. Our experience with them left us grateful and definitely would consider buying a new car from them in the future. I've owned several Fords and Chevy's and happened to be in the market for a new company SUV. I was helped by Corrine Markey at Lombard Ford who let me test drive the Escape Limited. She gave me the price of a left over 2010 compared to that and the lease or purchase of a new 2011'. She pointed out all the plusses and negatives of each option and we came to the conclusion that the 2010 purchase fully loaded Limited was a better bargain. At no time was she pushy or "headstrong" as most car sales people are. I left the lot; went up the road and test drove the Chevy Equinox. It was priced very similar to the Escape. The sales person however was a pain in the xxx. I closed the deal with Corrine that day. Both she and her manager were very helpful and accomodating to my needs and got the best deal/ refunds available to me on that vehicle. I would highly reccommend Lombard Ford and their sales staff and would shop there again. More

It is 1.5 hours from our house, but it was worth it. We went to buy a used car for my wife (Mercury Milan) and ended up a week later going back to buy a new Focus for me. More
