I was happy with the service, but unhappy they disconnected my dash am and alignment and never told me about it until I called to inquire why my dash cam wires disconnected. The finance department also stayed late. We had a couple hiccups in the process. There was some confusion with getting funding from our bank, but the sales manager and associate were involved and we figured it out. My vehicle was supposed to have two key fobs, but we realized one was totally incorrect. I ended up having to drive back to the dealership a different day and their locksmith got me the second key fob. I think they are so large that the whole “160” point inspection probably gets rushed through. I also have a minor issue with one window. But I know it’s all covered and I’ll get it fixed at my first included service. I got a fair deal on a great car and I would go back in the future for another used car as overall it was an above average experience at a dealership. More
