Jimmy Phan at Longo Toyota in El Monte was amazing. My girlfriend and I were looking for a new reliable car so luckily we found Jimmy and we are so happy we did. He showed us all the different models t My girlfriend and I were looking for a new reliable car so luckily we found Jimmy and we are so happy we did. He showed us all the different models that we were interested in, gave is a ton of useful info about all the different card and most of all, never felt like he was trying to sell us something. He helped us find the lowest rate we could get for our credit and he was a great listener and helped tailor our search. We went home that first day feeling closer than ever to selecting our new car. Less than a week later we decided we were ready to finance a Toyota Corolla cross hybrid and Jimmy was able to reserve one for us and had it all ready to check it and test out. My girlfriend and I are first time car buyers so going through the entire process with someone like Jimmy felt very fortunate. He is a gem and we are so happy with our new car. Thank you Longo Toyota and thank you Jimmy! More
