Poor salesmanship The worse experience I have ever had at a dealership. What a waste of a trip. He knew absolutely nothing about the car. It was very dirty like it was sitting in the backyard for months & used for test drives (it had 30 miles on it) & there were scratches on the front spoiler & fender. And he wasn't even willing to work with me on the price because of these scratches. He said just bring it back & we will take care of it. Why would anyone buy a brand new car just to have to bring it back to get scratches fixed!!! Would you? He also wanted to charge me an extra $750 for the rear spoiler. Then I said I should have went to a dealership closer to my house & he said I wouldn't blame you if you did. REALLY? Like he didn't care if he sold me a car or not. Well screw that!!! He's definitely not a customer oriented salesman. He acted like he was doing me a favor. I have already purchased the car at a better dealership that actually cares about their customers. I will definitely never go to Longo & will tell everyone I know not to either. These guys suck!. More

I spoke with him the day before and set up an appointment at Longo Used/Pre-Owned. My wife and I had researched our car through the Toyota Certified website ahead of time and knew exactly what we wanted. We arrived, took a test drive and drove off the lot within 3 hours with the car. David confirmed the price up front via e-mail, which put my mind at ease. He was very informative and no haggling was involved, which I was prepared for but very relieved to not have to do. Everything was very transparent, with no pressure. We left with a good feeling. My advice is to do your research on the cars on the lot, have atleast two in mind, and go for a test drive. The rest of the staff we dealt with were great, too...Mr. Blanco in finance and Nathan Gallaher (other sales consultant) were very helpful and mellow as well. I recommend this dealer and the abovementioned staff. More

Seamless Purchase. Drove 75 miles to longo Toyota because of it being a high volume store and a reputation for getting the best deal. It should be noted that I visited several other Toyota dealers in the region to either be confronted by shady sale personnel (80s sales tactics ) or plain out lazy ones. I met with David Reyes and told him what I wanted and that I didn't want to waiste time going back and forth for hours. I was able to get up front what I believe was a fair price on the new car and 0% for 72 months with an ACCURATE clear monthly payment scenario. Did I get the best discount ? I'll never really know but i was satisfied. The transaction was seamless and I was out of there in less than two hours ( finance was backed up ). David is friendly enough but he's MORE business than anything which is fine with me. I have Purchase many new cars in the past (German cars ) however , This was my first Toyota purchase ever. So far , I am very pleased with the quality of the vehicle and the courtesy and respect rendered by David and the staff. More
