Mark Conn was great showing me all the new features of the MINI as I once owned a 2004 model. Manager Neil Westfall showed me how a lease for my situation may be the best way to go. It took me awhile to digest this as I had never thought of leasing a car before this. After reviewing the numbers it just made the most sense. They were flexible with the mileage allowance and I walked out with a check, with difference of my trade. Tina Logue in finance was a great help dotting the i's an crossing the t's, to make those very numbers add up. It's been awhile since I owned a MINI, and I am glad I am back with this great car. What adds the icing on the cake, are all of those great people at the dealership who made the experience so effortless. I say cheers to them all. More

I received a fair price for my trade in. This was the best car buying experience I have had in a long time (and I've bought lots of cars in my time). Because the service to my car was not done on time (trouble with radio) they gave me a loaner to drive, and even brought my car to my work and exchanged their service car. Apart of the Family! I walked in with the intention of more or less just browsing around at the many Mini options. I've been looking for all different kinds of Minis over the past few months. However, let me tell you, the atmosphere of this dealership just captivates you and draws you in. The professionalism with a side of quirkie natures make you just instantaneously fall in love with everyone. That enough causes a feeling that even though you just met everyone you all ready feel apart of the family. Steve was my salesman this day and thank goodness I had the opportunity to work with him. His spot on knowledge of current inventory and every inch of detail of these cars just makes you feel like your walking around with a live action owners manual which is great because I ask a lot of questions wanting to know everything and anything when buying a new car, features, media options, luxury options, everything. Had a great time, got a great deal, met some new friends, joined a new family, the day itself was perfection at its finest. All in all this was overall a 100% prefect experience that I will never forget. I have now recently joined the Mini family and I'm sticking with it for a long time. More
