The late Larry Marquardt purchased the dealership and built the company's foundation upon the principles of honesty and integrity. Far before Customer Satisfaction Indexes (CSI) became common vocabulary in the auto industry, Marquardt of Barrington embraced treating each and every customer exactly as we would like to be treated. Service as always was great. My only comment is that I was quoted a price which included a coupon however by time my schedule permitted and I was able to get a loaner vehicle, th My only comment is that I was quoted a price which included a coupon however by time my schedule permitted and I was able to get a loaner vehicle, they weren't offering dealer coupons any longer and only manufacture coupons are now accepted. Cost me an extra hundred dollars or so. More
