I returned to today to speak with the big boss. To which again they said it was documented. But wouldn't show me. He just kept pointing at his computer. Then he next informed me that they were going to file suit against me. Because come to find out my warranty only covered about $1900 of a $7k bill. I responded with that's fine I got receipt that says different!!! I also have a witness to the fact that they stamped it too. Paid in full
