My Review of McKenna Audi:
Stay away from this place. Came in looking to trade a 09 Acura TSX for a new Audi A4. At first the salesperson was very friendly and took us to the back part of the dealership where they have all of their inventory. We wanted to get an A4 Premium Plus but from there it all went downhill. The salesperson told us that if we wanted to get a Premium Plus that we where looking to be paying about $600+ a month, So he pushed us to test drive a A4 Sport that had a sticker price of 36K. So we did the test drive and decided to run some numbers. Oh boy did they even run some correct numbers. They wanted me to put money down and my payments were going to be about $570 a month. And this is for a car that I was getting pushed to get because according to the salesperson I could not afford the Premium Plus. At the end when they could not get any money down from me I decided to walk away and Mario told me that they were not going to loose money on a car when they can get money from someone else that was interested in the car. The following day I went to Audi of West Covina and Purchased a 2011 Audi A4 premium Plus for way way less than what McKenna Wanted.

My Review of McKenna Audi:
My daughter and I need to buy a good used car. Wenwent to McKennas Audi in Norwalk . We spotted a 2007 A4. It took many hours to work out a deal to purchase this car. It was very alte when we left. The next morning my daughter said that the drivers floormats was missing. I remember the floormats because they were freshly cleaned and with the back seat down they were laid out. The dealer said to bad for you we do not sell the floormats with a used car. They would not even look. They took it and did not want to even think a out replacing it. Basically tellingy daughter tuff. Bit since you did not see it we don't either. This place sucks.

My wife and I went to McKenna Audi for some motor oil for our 2010 A4 quattro today (1-25-11). It was my wife's first time to McKenna Audi and she was definitely impressed with the professionalism and customer service. Thanks guys for making my wife's first experience at McKenna Audi a great one!

My Review of McKenna Audi:
Of all the years I've bought my cars and brought them in for service, I have never had a bad experience. I am always treated professionally and courteously in a very friendly manner. Even though I can get cheaper service elsewhere, I always turn to the guys at McKenna for all my needs of my car because of their amazing customer service and top of the line quality work. I highly recommend purchasing your vehicle from them and bringing your car in for service. And even though I live a lot further away from their location, I still go out of my way to go only to them. Even better, they offer to pick my car up at work and either drop it back off before my day is over or they bring along a complimentary vehicle to drive around for the day. Can't beat that convenience!! There's no where else I'd rather go!!

Employee(s) Dealt With: Michael Williamson

My Review of McKenna Audi:
I was so excited when I got my 2010 Audi Q5 that all I wanted was finish with the paperwork and drive off, but when I was sent to the "Finance" department, Michael Williamson did not let me leave his office (it was already 10:15pm until I purchased the Strikeforce paint sealant, which is a rip off.

Unfortunately, I did, he charged me $560.00 for it. I know I was prepared to say no to this and I kept saying no because I've had previous experiences but Michael just would not take "no" for an answer and kept pushing.

My husband was with me and we both looked at each other, exhausted, shaking our heads... I finally was so tired of it all and said: "okay, I just want to go home now."

In all honesty, I felt like I was violated.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Susan, Greg, Dan

My Review of McKenna Audi:
Most recent service was horrendous. Somebody there broke my hood lift and the dealership takes no responsibilty. I came in with a working hood and left with a bill saying I need to buy a new actuator. On top of that the service foreman, denied my warranty claim and literally stormed out in a huff (I was not yelling or making a seen, I was answering his questions in a calm manner), that was the most unprofessional display of attitude that I have ever been a witness to.

On an earlier service visit, the air vents were changed out to a darker plastic all without telling me, funny because my service had nothing to do with the hvac system. They probably dismantled the dashboard and lost/broke the original vents. The car was absolutely filthy with technicians grease and oil prints on the interior.

They used to issue service loaners and now resort to enterprise rentals. Getting a complimentary rental was like pulling teeth. The service department is not as busy as other dealerships, due to in my opinion its bad reputation. Before I had ever set foot into their service department, I had read many horror stories and complaints, they are true.

Susan was the most helpful and she gets the job done. Dan is really nice, but seems timid and won't be your advocate in warranty claims. Greg is a newcomer. I had excellent service at Mission Viejo Audi, Poor Service at Circle Audi, Poor Service at Mckenna Audi.

My Review of McKenna Audi:
I did have several visits in 2004-05 to the service center and at least experienced great customer service, though the wait was always MUCH longer than expected, but, all those great service people have gone to different dealerships. One service person I dealt with (not a rep but a "mechanic") scoffed at me when I explained the problems I had and told me to just "turn the knob of the sunroof back and forth" to fix the fact that the sunroof would close on me by itself. I recently got it fixed at another dealership by simply replacing the switch. I will only be going back to this dealership to return the car, but never for service/to purchase a car.

My Review of McKenna Audi:
I've received continued horrible experiences with their service department. I recently needed a brake job, and the client advisor told me I needed new rotors. I asked them what the measured thickness on the rotors was, and what the minimum allowable thickness was. I was told three times that my "rotors were down to zero thickness". I kept telling them that they meant the pads, but they insisted the rotors were "down to zero". Sigh. This was after I told the first (sleep-walking) advisor my brake warning light was on and he wrote it up as "needs new brake light"!
In the past, they've damaged my car while detailing it (don't EVER pay them to detail your car!) -- they tried to return it to me with one of the pop-up headlight washer covers missing! The service techs have ordered parts for my car, and the client advisors have forgotten to tell me to come back for installation. They took four visits to find and correct an oil leak.
If they would just hire competent service advisors, they'd be a decent department! The techs are for the most part very good (aside perhaps from the guy looking for my oil leak), but they get a bad name by the people up front.
I bought my car there in 2001, and got a great price and a great overall experience. They just fall down when it comes to servicing their cars.
