Hassle free car purchase! This was my second car purchase with Tafel Motors. I consider myself a loyal Tafel customer but this experience exceeded all of my expectations! I act This was my second car purchase with Tafel Motors. I consider myself a loyal Tafel customer but this experience exceeded all of my expectations! I actually bought my ML 350 while on vacation in Florida completely through the internet and text messages! I simply got on the website and searched through the inventory, finding the color and equipment level I was interested in. I made the inquiry and was promptly contacted by Kareem Dailey, Internet Service Manager. The car I was inquiring about turned out to have just sold. Kareem was able to locate another one which was identical. Over the next day we negotiated the price of the car and also the value of my trade. Having come to terms , Kareem had my car shipped to Tafel. Upon return home my husband and I went to Tafel , drove the car, and after a little paperwork I drove my beautiful new Mercedes home! This was the easiest, most hassle free, stress free car buying experience ever. I will never buy a car any other way. Kareem Dailey was very easy to work with, friendly, and professional. He answered all texts, calls, and inquiries promptly. The entire staff at Tafel is top notch and only want their customers to be happy. More
E250 The long way Mr. Torch is the sales person I have been dealing with since about 2001 he has all ways been very courteous and conscientious, but this time he reall Mr. Torch is the sales person I have been dealing with since about 2001 he has all ways been very courteous and conscientious, but this time he really went out of his way to get me what I asked for, there were times I was ready to throw in the towel, but he encouraged me to stick with it. I started off trying to purchase a E250 2014 in July but after the order was placed Mercedes stopped making the 2014 and Eric told me he would change the order to E250 2015 and the price would remain the same, but production would not begin for my order until mid September, with arrival in Baltimore in mid October I agreed to the change. Around the end of October Eric informed me the car had arrived in Baltimore, but Dept. of Transportation held up shipments of all E Class Autos, finally the car arrived at Tafel beginning of November I accepted the keys on 13 November. Without Eric's encouragement I would have cancelled. jdraus More

PURCHASING A USED VEHICLE AT TAFEL WAS COMFORTABLE AND EASY. I WENT TO TAFEL MOTORS TO LOOK AT THE 2013 FORD FOCUS. I SAW THIS VEHICLE ON THE INTERNET AT CARS.COM. BRAD BLACKBURN MET ME AT THE FOCUS. HE WAS VERY I WENT TO TAFEL MOTORS TO LOOK AT THE 2013 FORD FOCUS. I SAW THIS VEHICLE ON THE INTERNET AT CARS.COM. BRAD BLACKBURN MET ME AT THE FOCUS. HE WAS VERY CURTIOUS AND HELPFUL. HE OFFERED TO REVIEW THE VEHICLE WITH ME AND WENT TO GET THE KEYS FOR A REVIEW AND A TEST DRIVE. I DROVE THE CAR AND WAS IMPRESSED. I EXPLAINED THAT I JUST WANTED A REVIEW AND TEST DRIVE THAT DAY AND THERE WAS NO PRESSURE FROM BRAD. I TOLD BRAD THAT I WOULD COME BACK THE NEXT DAY IF IT WAS NOT RAINING. I ENDED UP COMING BACK APPROXIMATELY SIX DAYS LATER, BRAD WAS NOT THERE AND DAVID ASSISTED. I TOLD DAVID THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN THE FOCUS BUT THAT BRAD HAD ASSISTED ME ON A PREVIOUS VISIT, MY CONCERN WAS THAT BRAD WOULD NOT GET THE COMMISION. DAVID SAID THAT HE COULD AND THAT HE AND BRAD WORKED AS TEAM. BRAD STATED PREVIOUSLY THAT A CASH DEAL WOULD TAKE ABOUT FORTY-FIVE MINUTES. BRAD WAS RIGHT IT WAS ABOUT FORTY-FIVE MINUTES, NOT THAT I WAS WATCHING THE CLOCK. BRAD, DAVID AND JEFF MADE BUYING A CAR A TAFEL MOTORS A VERY SMOOTH EXPERIENCE. HIGH FIVE TO THE TAFEL TEAM I FELT GOOD ABOUT THE WHOLE TRANSACTION AND THANKS TO THE TEAM. I LOOK FORWARD TO MY NEXT VEHICLE PURCHASE WITH TAFEL MOTORS. More

Outstanding Experience with Tafel Motors Eric Torsch was the sales associate and Jesse Upchurch was the finance manager for my purchase. Eric worked patiently with me as I looked at different cars. I drove several cars and was allowed to take the E3504W I eventually purchased home for a test drive weekend. Eric was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Jesse helped me get a great financing deal and educated me on incentives that made the purchase even more compelling. I feel that I got a very fair price on an outstanding car and was treated like royalty. Eric responded to some concerns I had about handling at speed by test driving the car and then later agreeing it needed troubleshooting. A new rear wheel was ordered and the car is simply perfect. I feel like the pace of the transaction was just right. No pressure. Lots of support and information. Lastly, I believe that Eric believes in his product. He was not going to give this car away or haggle it away. He conveyed a passion for the C63 AMG that I drove and was equally exuberant about the quality of the E350. Everyone at Tafel says HI when you pass by. Everyone smiles and makes eye-contact. It seems like a very positive work culture and I foresee trading this car in for another Tafel Mercedes in about three years. More

Over the last 40 years I have purchased many vehicles from a lot of dealerships and individuals. Many times I have had not so pleasurable experiences. I visited several dealerships to make my attempt to purchase a Hummer. My efforts were unsuccessful until I called Tafel Motors. From the time I spoke to Kareem Dailey on the first call to the time I drove my Hummer off the lot I was impressed with the efforts he made to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I live in Central Indiana and the drive was more than welcome to be able to work with a group that puts customer service first. I have nothing bit kudos for Kareem and Tafel Motors. Thank you and I love my Hummer. More
