I was very disappointed in the follow up with the service department. I could not get anyone to answer the phone for over 15 minutes. I did not receive any follow up on my vehicle, after it was dropped off department. I could not get anyone to answer the phone for over 15 minutes. Perma Plate charge should be optional for customer. Price gouging on something that is non negotiable because it is already complete. Every customer should have the choice.
