My Review of Motor Werks Infiniti of Barrington:
Purchased brand new Mercedes Benz AMG E63. The sales associate explained that the dealership cannot locate the manuals (the leather booklet case with all the literature) for the car, promised to order one and go over the car features later.

After 48 days, I still do not have my manuals, no Tele-Aid activated (Like OnStar system), no warranty guide, no follow up, missing factory literature that came with the vehicle. I still do not know how to use navigation system to the fullest.

After 10+ calls, multiple visits to the dealership, they seem to not care much nor take charges to take care of the issue.

This is a typical dealership service where they do everything to sell your car and once you take the car out of the dealership, you are no longer valuable to them.

I do not recommend Motor Werks, Barrington IL. I will be staying away from this place as long as I can.

My Review of Motor Werks Infiniti of Barrington:
I was disappointed that there was no follow up after the sale of my used 2004 BMW. No phone call asking if I enjoyed my Z4 and no thank you letter. I expected more from this dealership. Maybe they don't care about their used car customers. Everthing else, vehicle, price, and delievery was good.

My Review of Motor Werks Infiniti of Barrington:
This is the second time I have tried to buy a car at MotorWorks. They always try to rip me off. Both times I left the dealer to get the car elsewhere at a much lower price. The price I recieved from the other dealer was impossible according to the new car manager at MotorWorks. He claims to know the market and what others are paying and told me I MUST PAY MSRP or he will not sell the car to me. The car I looked at was a G35. He had about 50 on the back lot but would only sell at MSRP. I got the car at $2500 under at another dealer.
