The best thing about the service that I received was the turnaround time to service my vehicle. I was told that it was long and I may have to pick the next day, but it was ready atleast two hours before clo turnaround time to service my vehicle. My service advisor, Jonathan, is always great to work with. Despite it being a busy Saturday, they were able to complete my oil change and inspection in about 2 hours. My car is regularly parked outd with. Despite it being a busy Saturday, they were able to complete my oil change and inspection in about 2 hours. My car is regularly parked outdoors and leaves accumulate in the vents along the bottom of the windshield. They replaced my cabin filter but I was surprised to receive my car back at the end of the service with all of the leaves still in place. I understand that car washes are rarely part of service anymore, but would expect more detail for a 5 star service. More
