Have been waiting on a part to complete a recall service on 2023 Tundra since Feb 2024. I get a text from service tech yesterday that part is in and could I schedule for service. I schedule for today and go on 2023 Tundra since Feb 2024. I get a text from service tech yesterday that part is in and could I schedule for service. I schedule for today and go in. Sit for 3 hours only to be told part was not available. From one day to the next it was not available. According to service tech the parts dept is supposed to tag part with customer name and secure it so no one else will use it. I guess that didn’t happen. This is the second time the service departments quality control process shows poorly. More
