Offbrand – Under the circumstances of your experience I thank you for your “generous” review. I might have been a bit more critical than you were. I have looked into your situation and frankly, I am confused?? I still don’t have a clear understanding of what the steps were leading up to all this. What is clear is that our process was broken and I am sorry for these mistakes-I can only, and most certainly will, review our process with the people involved.
