This was the first oil change on our vehicle. Everything was explained to us and they were done in an hour. The person greeting you when you pull in was extremely nice and helpful. Dealership overall is great but staff you are not in contact with could be friendlier when they are not working with a customer. contact with could be friendlier when they are not working with a customer. More
The woman scheduling is so rude. This is not the only incident. The last two appointments took almost 3 hours to get an oil change. This is not the only incident. The last two appointments took almost 3 hours to get an oil change. More
Schedule a service and they couldn’t not complete it due to a henderance from GM is what I have been told. Very disappointed! The mailed coupon I received offered a $173.99 special for front brake pad replacement, including installation labor, plus taxes and fees. The invo The mailed coupon I received offered a $173.99 special for front brake pad replacement, including installation labor, plus taxes and fees. The invoice I paid was $262.49. It detailed part cost as $91.99 and labor at $130.00. An administration fee of $6.72 (insane), a handling fee (huh?) of $2.00 and shop supplies for $22.40 (I get the need for brake clean) and $17.38 for taxes. How does any of this add up? Common sense would indicate: $173.99 Parts and labor + $22.40 shop supplies + $13.74 taxes for a total of $210.13. So please explain to me how I was required to pay $262.49? I am very disappointed and I feel robbed. I am a fighter and currently working on further action to resolve this. My service advisor treated me well but even she couldn't explain the discrepancy in the billing. More
