Ok guys, i am sorry for the delay in my post. I would like to update everyone on what happened after i left the showroom. The next morning i get contacted by a customer service rep. who says she will fix this issue and make the right thing happen... waste of time, she came back offering me the vehicle with a $1000 discount still making it almost $1200 more than the legit price i showed them. During the course of the day i most have received 10 calls from 3 different people, a complete waste of time, until i received a call from JOE CARUSONE, he said he was the sales manager there, he started apologizing about everything that had happened, he sounded completely different to everyone else who had contacted me from the dealership (NO ATTITUDE). He listened to my frustrating experience and said he will make things right. He also mentioned that he could not understand why my deal never happened the night i was there. So after many calls he comes back and says "I have the car and would like to deliver it to you today", i said what about the price? he said "you got it"... i could not believe it, is this the same dealership? where was this guy when i went to the dealership? Anyway, making a very long story short, in less than 3 hours JOE CARUSONE (who also game me his cell phone) made it happen. He was extremely sensitive to making sure i was satisfied, took every step to make the deal happen to my satisfaction and acted like a true business man. He even confirmed what he had promised me on the phone in writing (what more could i ask for). He game me a VIN number and arranged delivery to my office. This blew my mind, why would the previous sales manager not take the same steps? Brian... if you are reading this, i would like to let you know as a business man and a customer that the problem is not just the $s, its also how comfortable you feel when you buy a car. Joe CARUSONE is a gentleman of scholar and made me feel like a worthy customer, if it was not because of him i would have waited for the original dealer to find me the vehicle. To whom reading this, i still stand by my negative experience that happened to me at PARAGON, however I TAKE MY HAT OFF TO JOE CARUSONE AND THE OWNER of the company for making a wrong, right and caring for their potential customers. To JOE CARUSONE, Thank you. You managed to put the fire out and make me a satisfied customer. Just one thing, please spend some of your time training others. One last thing, not only Joe matched my legitimate price, he also deducted for the parking ticket i received outside their dealership. I did receive delivery, the car was in perfect condition and the delivery guy was very courteous. Hopefully things will keep going the same positive route with service. I will post an update then.
