I recently Purchased a 2010 Honda Accord coupe Ex-L at this dealership, I gotta say i dealt with Jose Luis Arias and he was very efficient in giving me the best deal possible. Mr. Arias definetly goes above and beyond for his customers and to be frank i kind of like the fact that i can get that kind of treatment in Paragon Honda i received better service in Paragon Honda then i did in Manhattan Acura when Purchasing a 2007 Acura TL lol. I sign a contract & gave a $1000 deposit towards a 2006 Pilot. The next week I see the same car on there website for $5000 less than they told me the list price was. The sales rep David Garcia would not ac Pilot. The next week I see the same car on there website for $5000 less than they told me the list price was. The sales rep David Garcia would not accept my calls for 5 days and when I did get through to him he claimed not to know anything about what I had seen. His manager Jack Levant came on the line & told me that the car was sold. He was to return my deposit that day, I called three days later to find out why he never returned the money and he told me he thought I wanted to leave the money towards another car that he could sell me. I mentioned that I had been in contact with a lawyer and he said for me to sue him for my money and hung up the phone on me. It has been about 1 month since I spoke to him & still ne money. More

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst experience I have ever had. I was at the dealership for 10 hours just so they could fix two things they promised that they would. They sold me a certified car that needed new brakes a at the dealership for 10 hours just so they could fix two things they promised that they would. They sold me a certified car that needed new brakes and a oil change. They did no work to fix the car and I will never ever step foot near this dealership again. They are shady and just want to make a sale!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! More
