i was driving down northern blvd and found paragon honda...i went in and before getting in the building a gentlemen named Joe carusone greeted me at the door, asking me if he could be of any assistanc honda...i went in and before getting in the building a gentlemen named Joe carusone greeted me at the door, asking me if he could be of any assistance to me..in which i said yes...he was very professional and concerned about what my situation was, regarding needing a car ASAP as i was turning in my 2008 Mercedez e350 in 3 days....within the three day Joe found me a BMW 550i in which was a great deal...seen this same car in other dealer for couple of thousand more...within these 3 days Joe got me approved financed and drove the car off the lot...i would recommed anyone to go thier to purchase a car...Great Financing, Prices, and customer service, as a matter of fact i sent one of my friends thier as well...and they purchased a honda SUV.....thank you Parogon Honda....and most of all Thank you...Joe Carusone... This place has the WORST customer service I have EVER seen!!!! Jennifer Villalba was all nice setting up appointments, customer service called me 3 times until 9pm the night prior. We work 12 hour days; seen!!!! Jennifer Villalba was all nice setting up appointments, customer service called me 3 times until 9pm the night prior. We work 12 hour days; set up an appointment after work drove 2 hours and upon arrival at Paragaon; we were told the vehicle we were there for was SOLD. We talk to Jennifer she knew we were on the road heading there for our 2 hour drive one-way but NEVER mentioned the vehicle was SOLD earlier that day. Once we were just told the vehicle was sold, and no longer available I called her extention; I NEVER heard someone STUDDER so much. NEVER deal with this girl!!! Back to PARAGON ....But you better believe they tried to sell us another vehicle; NOT even close to the vehicle we were to purchase. There is a spot called new NEW WORLD right down the street so I'd look else where before you stop here!!!! I was warned about this company; maybe next time I will listen! More

We live in NYC, and wanted to make sure our dealership was close by for future servicing visits. We were pleasantly suprised by how close and great the commute was to Paragon Honda. To add to the easy commute, we were so pleased with Paragon Honda as soon as we walked in the door. We were greeted by Rick Serrano, the saleman, who was kind, knowledgable, very accomodating and extremely funny (which was an added bonus). He addressed our needs, was very efficient, and filled out our paperwork in record time! Everyone knows it takes a while to buy/lease a car, but we never felt like it was a "process". Rick, along with Rafael Rodriguez, the Sales Manager, addressed all concerns and questions we had about the car and our old lease, they let me ring the bell when we purchased our new car (so exciting!), other sales guys came over just to talk to us and keep us company, Rick Serrano explained our new features in the 2010 Honda CRV which was great...I can't say it enough...great experience! After searching for months for a 2007 Honda CR-V in my area (Syracuse, NY) I decided that they were out of my price range. I came across a beautiful silver CR-V at Paragon Honda advertised for thousands less than all of the other vehicles I had seen. I called Paragon immediately and was put in touch with Joe P. the used car manager. He made it clear that Paragon's reputation was important to him and he would do everything possible to earn my business. The drive from Syracuse to NYC is a little over 5 hours but to make up for it Joe threw in four new tires!!! My sales person Juan had the vehicle ready and my paper work expedited so I didn't have to spend all afternoon at the dealership. The price was right, the vehicle sparkling, the only thing left...financing. Although it can be intimidating to be financed at a dealership Juan and Joe made the experience easy and they lowered my loan rate to be competitive with my credit union! All of the pieces fell together and I was able to drive away in the car of my dreams thanks to Joe and Juan at Paragon Honda. Not only will I drive the 5 hours back to NYC to purchase my next vehicle but I will be referring all of my family and friends to Paragon too! Thanks guys :) More

I had a great experience purchasing a used Honda from Paragon. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Nadeeb who took the time to listen to what I was looking for and what I could afford. He referred me to a sales person named Sal who showed me a few cars. When I finally found the perfect certified, pre-owned Honda, I wanted a better price. The manager, Mike, was more than happy to work with me and get me a great price and monthly payments that I could afford. Mike made me feel very comfortable and I was relieved to find that there were no hidden fees and I didn’t need to haggle with him for a great price. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal and a great car! More

I went to the dealership with the intention of just looking. I was approached by a salesman named Jonathan Camacho who was such a nice person to deal with. It was not available in his dealership in the color I wanted so he himself went to another dealership 50 miles away and picked it up for me himself. Who does that for a customer today??
