Paramount Kia of Hickory

My initial interaction with Paramount Kia was awesome. Noah Beadle graciously greeted me and was eager to assist in any way possible. I am quite certain that Noah was not going to benefit from the service he offered me, as I was only locating a vehicle for our Lessor, which would make the sale more of a "house"sale, but Noah didn't mind at all and was still very eager to help in any way possible. I told him exactly what I wanted, we test drove the vehicle, and he closed the sale within an hour's time. Noah answered all the questions I had for him and provided me with everything I needed. Couldn't have asked for anything more! It took our leasing company a month to finalize everything (it was during the holiday season) but Noah was very patient and followed up weekly with me. Finally, I received confirmation that the transactions were final and I could p/u the vehicle. Then, I made an appointment to pick-up the vehicle. I only had a small window of time, but felt all I needed to do was sign a few documents and be on my way. Didn't happen. Whether it was the fault of PHH (the company leasing the vehicle for us)or Paramount Kia, I was having to call for information and provide info that should have been handled prior to my arrival. My experience with Daryl Horton, F&I Manager, was a nightmare. This individual does not understand the meaning of southern hospitality or customer service. While I understand these characteristics are not crucial for his role at Paramount Kia, they are essential for success. I would recommend this dealership; however, I would suggest that Paramount send Mr. Horton to some type of customer service basics so that he might step back and look at the manner in which he interfaces with a customer. More
