I purchased a CPO'd M5 from Park Ave in Nov of 2012 after having spent some time researching some other premium brands and visiting several of their dealerships in the central NJ area. Having previously owned an E39 M5, I made a last minute decision to go see a couple of E60 M5s that Park Ave had coming off lease. From my first discussion with Francine, her words and her actions made it clear that she was going to work as hard as needed with both me and dealership management to arrive at a fair transaction.

She worked as hard as any professional I deal with in the financial services industry, returning calls promptly and proactively addressing any questions or concerns I had with the vehicle, terms and conditions, and even checked in several times post delivery to make sure I was happy with my purchase. For my first service Francine went out of her way to set up the appointment, service req and loaner, and make sure I found my way to a great advisor who continues to take care of my service needs today.

Francine is a gem and significantly differentiates this dealership from the typical JD and RC Porsche dealerships in central NJ. I would not hesitate to recommend her as an advisor to anyone seeking to explore BMW ownership.

I have been shopping around for a certified pre-owned BMW 3 series for a few months now and was getting a bit discouraged that I couldn't find anything quite in my price range. I ended up getting in contact with Mike Messinger at Park Ave BMW and he took down what I was looking for and within a day he had turned around with a few great ideas. He was conscious of my tight budget and never pushed me to stretch myself. He found one particularly great car that was exactly what I was looking for and instead of the usual back and forth game playing, got me the numbers we needed. I have seen the same model with same package but MANY more miles going for MANY more dollars elsewhere, so I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
Once the deal was signed, Mike still took a great deal of time to go over the car and features thoroughly with me. Since the purchase, when he hasn't answered my phone call on the first ring, he has gotten back to me within a few minutes of my calls. His service is top notch and I would send any of my friends or family looking for a BMW directly to Mike. His service, respect, and integrity are top notch. It was the first time at a dealership I wasn't sitting there nervous that I was on the losing end of the bargaining game.

Brad and Roger made the process of buying a BMW a real pleasure! My salesman Brad is very knowledgeable and with him, there's no pressure. Great, Great, GREAT! We were looking for a specific BMW: a new M3 convertible in white. We were having a difficult time finding it until we searched autotrader.com and found the exact vehicle at Park Ave BMW - internet sales division. They were great to deal with and fair on pricing. We came to an agreement. We were taking a trip to NYC in the upcoming weekend and the dealership is only 20 minutes away from NYC. I took a cab there, bought the car and drove in home to Syracuse. Fantastic!

I tried to get this car from the local BMW dealership. They didn't have any M3s in stock - few dealerships do. They tried over a week to get one from another dealer but they couldn't make it happen. Summer would be over before they could get the car. BMW USA doesn't give consumers a tool to search new inventory nationwide so we were also Google searching BMW dealerships in major cities without success. Park BMW lists their vehicles with autotrader.com so when we used that internet search tool we found the vehicle immediately, and within driving distance from us!

We were extremely pleased with this dealership and the salesperson Francine. I would highly recommend them.

I was in the market for a new vehicle for my wife, after reviewing and researching on the Internet BMW dealers, I found Park Ave. to have one
of, if not , the largest selection of inventory and competitive prices around. after an initial Internet inquiry on a specific model, I was contacted by Tom Twomey of Internet Sales. Tom was very friendly and warm, and explained all the Financial options available to me.
