My Review of Park Ave BMW:
The folks at Park Ave BMW (Dave, Bernard, Pete, Stephanie & Adriana) really provided me with outstanding customer service when I needed it most. I live in NC and traveled up to NJ for a one day business trip. My BMW had a sudden problem leaving me stranded in NJ in the middle of the afternoon. After calling roadside assistance, my car was towed to Park Ave BMW. At this point, I was extremely worried, having no transportation or hotel. I called Park Ave's Service Center and explained my emergency and even though they were very busy they started working on my vehicle. Dave also arranged for a hotel and transportation for me in the case that they would not be able to finish the repairs that day. Everyone I worked with was very understanding and professional throughout the process. They provided me with constant updates and even picked me up and drove me to the service center after my business meeting. After just a couple of hours, they had my car up and running. I honestly can't thank them enough for their help. Thanks to them I was able to return home safe and on schedule. THANK YOU!!

been coming here for years, and they've been great every time. prompt service, quick appointments, and new service center is awesome. the new service cetner with wifi, computers, etc. allows me to be productive while I wait, and the service is always done quickly and efficiently.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
We have been leasing vehicles with Park Avenue for 3 years now. The service department is very professionally run and always efficient. The service rep we normally deal with is Jeff Farhat. Jeff has been very professional, courteous and understanding to my needs when we have come in for service. He is very well versed in his job and has gone above and beyond his duties to be helpful, especially in one situation that was beyond our control. His supervisor, David Bergamotto, is also a very professional and understanding person that came through without hesitation when we needed him. These guys should be considered to be the "most valuable employees" Park Avenue BMW has on their staff. Good service is so hard to find these days.

I would definitely continue to recommend individuals to Park Avenue, and the ones I have in the past have commented to me that everyone at Park Avenue BMW is so professional and courteous.

From the very beginning my sales representative (Jemremy Behar) has delivered me exactly what I asked for. He was attentive, friendly and professional. Roger Pic was also very kind, explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions with a smile.

I have been leasing vehicles with Park Avenue for 3 years now. The service department is also very professionally run and always efficient. The service rep I normally use is Larry Weiner. I would definitely recommend individuals to Park Avenue as well as, the people who have helped me personally.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews.. but, this dealership/salesman
deserves the praise!

I had dealt with a couple of other car dealers in the past, and was VERY unhappy.
Then by luck, I happened to tell a co worker that i was in the market for a new car. He reffered me to Jeremy Behar from Park Ave BMW.
From the moment I spoke to Jeremy(my salesman...who I HIGHLY recommend)
I knew I wanted a bmw, and I knew I wanted to buy it from him, and his
dealership. His enthusiasm & knowledge of BMW is incredible!

He answered all my questions. Really nice!
Not only did he locate the exact car I wanted, but he got me the best price!
We picked up the car about a week after i met with Jeremy.
Even walking into the dealership was a pleasure. A nice show room, and very welcoming staff.
Jeremy did not rush and spent time with us, showing us every detail of the
car. He even took us out for a test drive, to show us the car features working in motion.

I am now driving a 2009 BMW 3 Series, and couldn't be happier!!

Great care and details and an excellent customer service. had a great ride, have checked both the 3 series and the 5 series, was initially confused which one to take and so had 2 rounds of test drives with both the series. the sales man craig was excellent and very politely and patiently took care of my requirements and helped me out to decide.

Jeremy Behar was, by far, the most friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest sales person I have ever interacted with in any industry. I have now worked with Jeremy to purchase two vehicles (one new and one used) and I will most certainly continue to work with him in the future. Jeremy educated and advised me about the numerous vehicle and financial options available to me. He was patient, understanding, and sensitive to my concerns and he helped me find the best fitting vehicle for my needs and helped me attain the best financial options for my circumstances. I certainly recommend taking your business here!

The dealership itself was great too. It was conveniently located, had a spacious showroom, and an excellent selection of vehicles (both used and new).
