I took my wife’s Sequoia to Cannon this week. He listened to my concerns, made sure the technician was aware of them and got all of my issues resolved. Vehicle was returned to us in a timely man He listened to my concerns, made sure the technician was aware of them and got all of my issues resolved. Vehicle was returned to us in a timely manner and all concerns were resolved. Cannon kept me updated throughout the whole process, and I appreciate that. He always helps me out and has a smile on his face and a genuine personality. Customer service is hit or miss these days. Without mentioning names, there are other advisors and sales people at this dealership that could learn a few things from Cannon. I tell all of my family and friends who service their cars here, to use him. Not sure if they do, but I refer him all the time. Cannon is a valuable asset to the service department and the dealership. I’ll probably always have a Toyota in my posession and I hope that Cannon is there to help me when I need him! More

I brought my highlighter for service and Hisar did an amazing job . It’s was quick and easy.and he will give you an update with your car which other dealership service doesn’t do. I had several frustrating experiences with Toyota of Plano, so I brought my vehicle to Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney out of desperation. Pat Lobb's dealership provided me with excellent service and took great care of my vehicle needs. Jonathan, my service advisor, was fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and service-oriented, and didn't treat me like I was a bother. In my previous review of Toyota of Plano, I mentioned the extreme difficulty of obtaining my second key from them. Jonathan went above and beyond by providing me with a key without me even asking! That's what I call exceptional service. The shuttle drivers are also fantastic. The shuttle service is efficiently run, convenient, flexible, and safe. I can't praise Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney enough for their fast, efficient, and professional service. Thank you again for taking care of my vehicle needs. I am very happy! More

The work was expected to take a long time, but they finished well before I expected.
