I scheduled a service for my 2024 Lyriq, which has few issues, 4 weeks ago. When I scheduled the service and spoke to the service guy he originally had something sooner then today. But the service guy sai issues, 4 weeks ago. When I scheduled the service and spoke to the service guy he originally had something sooner then today. But the service guy said they wouldn't have a loaner for that day but they would have one for today. So I scheduled for the day the loaner would be available. I show up at my 9am appointment coming out all the way from Williston Park. I delayed work for this. I get there and I'm told they have no loaner available now. I work in real estate so having a car is essential for me.I was told I could reschedule for another day. I would think that after making a mistake that they would schedule me within a day or so. But nope 2 weeks out. Also it was such awkward experience for me at this dealerships service. I walk in and you have one sitting at his computer and I'm standing about 6 desks down. Keep in mind I'm the only customer there. You can't get up out the chair to greet a customer ? He asks me how can I help you while seated at his desk. I walk over and there isn't even a chair to sit down at his desk. I noticed that none of the desks had chairs for any customer to sit down. What decent dealership treats customers like this? Isn't Cadillac supposed to be GMs luxury divison of vehicles? Why do costumers tolerate these type of dealerships to treat us this way? Take your business elsewhere, we as consumers need to raise out standards. I usually don't write reviews. But realizing more and more it's important to inform other customers of a good business practice versus bad ones. I'm clearly angry about how things worked out for me today. More
