The service technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. They clearly explained the process and answered all my questions. The battery replacement itself was done promptly, and I was back on the road in no time. What impressed me most was the overall positive atmosphere. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and helpful. They didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and the price for the battery and installation was very reasonable. I highly recommend Paul Conti Cadillac for any car service needs, especially battery replacements. They made a potentially stressful situation easy and convenient.
