I came in hoping to buy the 2001 Mustang but was unsure if I would be able to due to credit and financing. He is a very pleasant man, and he has a servant's heart. He made me feel very comfortable even though I had no real knowledge about my car. He took time to show me how to operate the radio and other features. He was truly a great help with getting me signed on to OnStar. I had to return to get an alarm system put on my car. I was given a loaner without any charge. Now that is what I call great customer service and consideration. I had a great experience and the price of my vehicle was well within my means, and Phillips took the time to give me a fair price for my monthly payments. So, i decided to go to the dealer personally with my wife and when i arrived i was greeted by a friendly sales representative by the name of ALBION BALAJ, he took the time to to explain and demonstrate all the awesome features the Silverado has to offer. He was very knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. The best part is that everyone was very courteous and professional. This is my second purchase of a new vehicle. I could not be more pleased by the unbelievable ease in which to make a major purchase. Mike Darge was pleasant kind and non pressure and said his duty is to make our experince a non stressful event. Mike turned us over to Jaime Birks and she was equally pleasant and very thorough in explaining how everything worked and even set our blue tooth up for our phones. I carry some of mike and jaime business cards with me so i can turn other people on to a great dealership, one which really cares about their customers. I met Rami after arriving at Phillips for the first time aanintriduced to me from Jackie, their online/phone sales assistant. He was very professional and listened to our wants and needs . He and Mike did work withbus to get us where we wanted to be in price and infeelnit was a very good deal! We even made a little video afterwards with Rami for their web site! He also took some pics of me and David on our iPhone for us in front of our new car. The overall experience was very good. I have bought 4 new cars in my life so this wasn't my first rodeo, lol.
