Car buying can be a frustrating and trust crushing experience. I usually walk into it with the same excitement as scheduling my annual physical exam - bleh. This is the first time I have bought a car from RBM in Alpharetta. Seemless and warm. Linda was fair and direct. I wouldn't have know I was at a car dealership. As I struggled to get ahold of our insurance agent/company - she just jumped in and got me an agent to talk to (wish they had been as easy to deal with). We drove almost three hours to buy our car here. Would do it again tomorrow. More
