Bunch of thieves Gave my car in for service not only did they not fix the problem with the car they charged me 200 dollars without telling me it was covered under warr Gave my car in for service not only did they not fix the problem with the car they charged me 200 dollars without telling me it was covered under warranty which I was okay with as long as they fixed the car. Before I could leave with my car they stole my keychain which cost 250 bucks. When I made their management aware of this all they said was you should have removed the keychain we are not responsible for your property which makes no sense I can understand items inside the car but a keychain. Then they broke the cigarette lighter in my car and I asked their manager to take a look at it and he said oh no that's supposed to come out u just need to pop it back in like oh I'm sorry I didn't know in a 100k car that stuff is just supposed to pop out then they left new stains on my car which they refused to remove. I couldn't deal with them anymore as my conversation with the manager was getting no where so I left. 30 min into driving my car and the check engine light comes on with a drivetrain malfunction the same problem I just spent 200 dollars to fix so I call them back and get no response all but oh your service advisor will call you back in sorry I didn't know that being not able to drive my car which was just fixed by you wouldn't be of concern to you: More
