I was not kept informed of the status of my vehicle unless I specifically called. I was also sent a video of the tires being inspected, but the car was dropped off because of a suspension issue. Finally I was assured that the car would be ready by Thursday morning 5/23 and no one contacted me to say it was ready. I called at 11am and no one had an update and didn’t call me back. It wasn’t until I called back again at 12:15 that I was told the car was ready. I should not have to follow up so many times on my own. Additionally this is a brand new vehicle that we had for only 1 month when this issue occurred. That should not happen on a new vehicle. I even called my sales rep and left a voicemail. He emailed me back instead of called. All this points to bad service. More

Twice they broke my trunk. It doesn’t close automatically at the push of the button. Twice this happened right after the service. Now after this months service vehicle star It doesn’t close automatically at the push of the button. Twice this happened right after the service. Now after this months service vehicle started making weird noises. I maintain it extremely well and certainly these noises are only after the service. Need to ask why and what triggered the noises and am sure they will say they will have to charge to fix something which they may have introduced and they made me pay to get my truck fixed. More
