I recently had my car serviced at Mercedes and had a mixed experience. I want to start by saying that Veni, my service advisor, was great. He was professional, helpful, and communicated well throughout mixed experience. I want to start by saying that Veni, my service advisor, was great. He was professional, helpful, and communicated well throughout the process. However, there were several issues with the service itself. I had two front tires replaced, but when I picked up the car the tires looked old and used, even though they were supposed to be new. It’s possible they were just dirty, but the appearance definitely didn’t give the impression of brand-new tires. A proper car wash and tire dressing/armor would have helped make the new tires look like new when the vehicle was returned. Additionally, I noticed a scratch on one of my rims that was not there before the service visit, which was disappointing to see after picking up the car. I also asked about paint correction, but I was told that the dealership does not provide that service. That was surprising to hear because I would expect a car dealership—especially one representing a luxury brand—to offer services like that or at least have a recommended solution. Now I’m also experiencing a problem with the trunk not opening all the way. I’ve already tried all the troubleshooting steps on my end, and the issue is still there. This means I now have to make another trip back to the dealership to get the trunk looked at, which is very inconvenient. Overall, while the service advisor provided a good customer experience, the issues with the tires, the scratched rim, and the new trunk problem have made this visit frustrating. More

Had a major drivability issue with my GLB. Called Rallye Thursday afternoon and they made the appointment for early Friday morning. It turned out to be a major job, since they had to take the front bumper and entire grill and facia off the car to fix it. They kindly drove me back home. They had the car ready and back in service Friday afternoon. I thought that it would be an expensive fix but all of it was diagnosed and found to still be covered under warranty. Trying getting service like that, in less than a day, the next time you are not feeling well and need to see your primary care physician! Amazing staff and great service. Thank you again Katie!
