Im really disappointed. . I purchased a Ford 150 back in Nov 2023.. and broke on me on my 4th month off me buying it.. My transmission broke when to the service department to . But the service Department send me back to my sales person.. for her to help me and the only way she was willing to help was by buying a new truck and the other truck the one I want to get fix is to get it repo .. I was really disappointed. Cuz till right now the truck I purchased is still broken and just there in my driveway and can get use,, im on my 6 month owing this vehicle. More

Went for an oil change 2 days later I had no oil took it back and was told that it was the oil pan and I had somehow damaged it and it would cost almost a thousand dollars, took it to another mechanic who a back and was told that it was the oil pan and I had somehow damaged it and it would cost almost a thousand dollars, took it to another mechanic who actually checked the oil pan and the oil pan was fine the oil filter cap was all that was broken thank god I got a second opinion this place is trash and definitely won’t even be taking it for the “free” oil changes I paid extra for when purchasing my vehicle. I’d also like to add it took them an entire day for the oil change to get my vehicle back to me and then when I took it back to be lied to about the oil pan as well. More

This is the first time I have used this service. They came and picked up my truck and brought it back to me. Both the service department and the collision department are trustworthy and efficient. I brought my car in for collision repair and was treated so kindly by Brie, Francisco and Gary. They did an excellent job on repairing the dent in my car and went the extra mile by giving me a ride home after drop off, cleaning my car inside and out, buffing out other scratches and giving me a little paint sample to cover some of the deeper scratches. They went above and beyond for me. I appreciate the great employees you have staffed at this location. More
