"Great experience"

When I purchased my vehicle it was my first time visiting the Rossi Dealer. I had an excellent experience from beginning to end. Bethanne was a very polite, kind, helpful, and professional sales associate who assisted me during my purchase. Marty was by far the best sales manager I have ever dealt with when buying a car. He showed genuine interest in assisting me to meet my needs, instead of just making a sale. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone. I have visited and dealt with other Chevrolet/GM dealers and have never had such a great experience. Thank you!

Very satisfied with the quality of service that I receive each time I buy a new car from this dealership. However, I would not buy another Buick Enclave, for the gas mileage is terrible. This is not a reflection on the dealership, but rather on Buick and General Motors for allowing a vehicle in this era to still get terrible gas mileage. If I was talking with a friend that asked me to recommend my vehicle, I would have to say, go look at another manufacturer for a SUV.

I took the time to travel out west to Rossi and I'm sure glad I did. Rossi's leasing fees were very competitive as compared with another GMC dealer I visited and my salesman, Charlie was great. He honored the prearranged pricing that was discussed via phone and got us in and out in the exact vehicle I wanted. I can't say enough about them.

"Where do I start… The last time I got a decent deal here..."

Where do I start… The last time I got a decent deal here was back in 2006 when I purchased my first Silverado. I've come back twice since then and was given such a bad deal that I will never return again. The most recent trip which occurred on 11/29. It was Black Friday and I was looking to get into another GM. I’m a Ford guy 100% but there were some impressive incentives on the new 2014 which led me into Rossi. I came into Rossi knowing exactly what my monthly payment would be but was quickly taken back when I saw what they were giving me on my trade. It was at that time I remembered why I never purchased a truck here back in 2011. Basically they came out with a straight face and said hey you can lease a $48k truck for $999/month and we can get you into a brand new truck. The lease payment should have been $500 a month with $2k down as this is what I have been quoted by two other dealers and I ran the numbers myself so this is what it should have been. That’s a 36 month/12k a year lease. Zero down would put me around $571. If I bought it I would have used my personal bank so I already had those figures in my head as well. It’s just unfortunate Rossi had the truck I liked. After looking at the figures I saw they were giving me $26k for my trade in. Now I know my truck in and out and I ran all the available reports online showing me what my trade would be and what the truck would sell privately. Kelly Blue Book, NADA and Galves all had my truck listed anywhere from $30,000 to $32,500 so they were about $6500 off on the trade in. Other local dealers in the area are selling my same truck for close to $35k and they are selling fast. The 5.0 with the 3.73 in the FX$ package is a hot truck and hard to find so it sells quick. I told the sales representative my concern so he decided to pull up the report himself. Just as I had imagined he had missed a lot of key options such as backup assist, power heated seats, backup camera, sunroof and so on. After adding all these options the same numbers I had pulled that morning were now on his screen. I could tell the sales agent was taken back but then proceeded to tell me that they would only give me what the fair value is which was around the $26k mark. Keep in mind my truck is a 2011 fully loaded FX4 with the 3.73 rear and the 5.0 motor. I only have 40k miles on it and the truck is detailed once as month. It’s a show room truck that doesn't’t have a single dent or scratch on the vehicle so I was amazed that even after I called them out on the mistake made he still tried to rip me off to my face. Bottom line is I went through this twice and won’t ever go through it again. If you are a smart consumer you can figure out where you payment will be. If they gave me what my truck is worth I would have left with a new truck but the games they play will get them nowhere. The best part is I went across the street to the Ford dealer and they were going to give me exactly what my truck is worth. Bottom line is do your homework and come prepared. Look at the figures and ensure your getting the right numbers on your trade. Time are tough and we are not making the money we used to so every dollar counts!
