Rich has always gone above and beyond to help with all services for both vehicles I purchased through Rowe. The service team at Rowe Westbrook is excellent. For example, on my most recent visit (last Friday) I was informed that I will need new brake pads soon — and the service department will be sending me a reminder, just as they have consistently over the years whenever the car was due for service. I very much appreciate those reminder calls. I usually see Sharon Crossman when I come in, and Sharon always provides a first class service experience. I contacted Rowe Westbrook Ford on 8/8/16 at about 10 am and they told me there was a 4:30 pm slot available in their heavy truck shop. I arrived at about 3:15 and spoke with Duane Harvey the service writer. He got us in immediately and took great care of us. We were ready to go by about 5:00. Duane has a great personality and was very efficient. I would recommend this dealer for whatever your Ford needs are! Thanks Duane. More
