Unbelievaable experience with finance manager. He spent an hour trying to sell me extended warranty after I repeatedly told him no. He continued to badger me and even raised the total price of the car ass an hour trying to sell me extended warranty after I repeatedly told him no. He continued to badger me and even raised the total price of the car assuming that I had not already seen the document with the total price. When I told him he was incorrect on the price, he said, "Well, you didn't think we'd give you the warranty for free, did you?" After two and a half weeks, I still have not received any documentation concerning the sale, and though my trade-in was listed on the website immediately, and has been sold, my loan has still not been paid off and I have had to make one payment and will probably be charged for a second one in a week. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! More

I asked that the car be untouched as it came of the transport. They did the required state inspection and filled the car up with premium and were there with 6 people to make sure I got the car loaded onto my trailer for the trip home. I was more or less treated like a rock star to make sure everything was right with my purchase and delivery of the car. I told the gentlemen that I wasn’t and that my window didn’t work on my car and that I need to be fixed right away because a storm was coming. Well he looked at the window and told me it was my window regulator right away. (What I liked is that before they got it in the shop he knew what was wrong with it). I asked how did he know and he gave me a full explanation on why it was the window regulator and I totally know how to understand next time if my car has the same problem.
