In 2006 I purchased a new Rav4 and have had all of my service done exclusively at the dealership and I couldn't bee more pleased. I feel that I receive up-front honest information regarding my vehicle and I am also listened to when I have concerns. I'm not treated like I don't know anything about my vehicle and that is important to me, being a woman. I have never felt like I have been taken advantage of. Also, you can't beat the hours in the service dept. Kudos to the service team at Schaumburg Toyota. More

I purchased my Toyota in 2002, my sales person was Jerry McDuffie who got me a great deal, was very kind and entertaining.I consider him a friend to this day. I had a problem with front end alignment in my 2009 Scion TC and somehow It couldn't get fixed at another dealer. /They sent me home with broken alignment twice/ I found them over internet reading customer reviews and a number of "stars" that have been given to them. First when I arrived I explained to my Service advisor Tim S. what is the problem with my car, and that it has alignment screwd up by another Toyota service and If they can't bring it back to perfection I don't want them to touch my car. Tim Stuart said that "good job is something that they can do every day", and he can take care of my TC the way that I ask for. And he mean it. My TC was serviced by Jim B. ...person who looks like the one who loves to do his job. He explained me everything I wanted to know. Told me what was wrong with car, what He can do to have it fixed and how is it gonna be after. Believe or not but it is really nice to drive my car now. I can find nothing to complain. I will let anybody know about the Highest level of service that they represent. But that could be achieved only having Tim S. and Jim B. as a team. You can be sure that you got me as a customer for now on. And I will do whatever it takes to let as many people I know about my service experience. Stay away from this place!!!! It's a rip off joint. They consistently tell you that you need things replaced that don't need to be replaced. Please just stay away. Even for the xxxxxxxx recall. Don't trust this dealer and their service. They wanted to charge me $450 to solder a wire that was accidentally cut that connects the engine coolant system to the on-board computer. Terrible customer service. They have what seems like very accommodating hours, but the service is absolutely the worst. Not only are the service team members incompetent - my car was to have the tires replac accommodating hours, but the service is absolutely the worst. Not only are the service team members incompetent - my car was to have the tires replaced with snow tires in the front (Nokians that I brought) and have the replaced tires put in the back seat. They didn't bother to check the back seat for the snow tires, rotated the tires instead and then managed to return the car to me with the front driver tire leaking air. - Not the Service Leads fault for the job being done incorrectly, but he does get the blame for not catching it before the keys were handed to me. This isn't the first time these morons have made stupid mistakes like this - I once 3 years before this - took my car to have the snow tires put on and they somehow managed to flatten it, then I had to wait 3 hours for them to find a new replacement, they then returned it to me with the the wheel lock missing. The sad this is most of the employees are cool people and friendly, they just suck in the "being competent and reliable" department. Bunch of turds for brains... the previous reviews about their high pressure sales tactics are accurate as well... the only reason they didn't screw me was because I didn't really want a Toyota from here in the first place and I let them know it when I walked in.- I only went in to appease the female I was with who insisted.. Note to any customers who still go here: Insist on checking out the "repair", especially in the dark hours, take a look while the car is still inside the well-lit garage and MAKE SURE the work that is promised is done before leaving. And DO make a xxxx of trouble when you notice it isn't - more than likely it won't be done well or at all at this place. More

This is a place infested with crooks and liars. The "crook culture" is promoted by their own service manager Mr Mike Kruger. I have been getting my Camry serviced with them over a period of 5 years and slowly found out that they never fixed anything that they charge for. I was charged $800 for Brake and rotor work....and guess what, all they did was re-surfaced the rotors and passed them off as new. Same thing for brake pads....I took the car to another private mechanic who said that the "new" brake pads were barely having 30% life on them. In a nut shell, they are daylight thieves. They exploit on people who feel secure by having their cars serviced by dealerships only. xxxxxxxx! I have been going to Firestone since then and they at least do what they promise. More

This place is indeed a place where crooks thrive. I bought a warranty extension on my corolla and they never lived up to warranty contract.
