Mess up from start Bought altima on Monday heat lights didn’t work, took back twice, next Monday, this time they took car to auction without telling me. So we finally come in and Kayla had another customer at the time so Isaiah helped us and he was absolutely amazing. His customer service was wonderful he talked to us like he had known us forever. Then the general sales manager Luke also helped us and he was absolutely wonderful. His customer service was phenomenal. He broke down all of our bills with us and helped us figure out our payments and he was truly wonderful. Kayla was finally able to break away and she gave me the hugest hug like we were best friends and it was just such a wonderful experience.
