Causes customer confusion/ frustration. Overall The overall experience was just above average. The visuals are great, and there are a lot of pleasantries that are in this facility. This Dealer has the potential to be one of the best dealers in the area. What needs to improve is the communication between departments and lack of ownership when customer expectations are not met. The customer does not care who's fault it was or is, each representative is a representative of Ford and should be owning the customer experience, and take the steps to improve the experience. Know your customer: The sense of urgency should match the customers urgency and concerns. This is done by following up when promised, as well as following through with what is promised. Not doing these things can negatively impact the customers experience and view of the company. More
