Very poor and patronizing service Had vehicle serviced on a Friday, parked car at home until Monday where we found a pool of oil under the vehicle. Thought that perhaps the oil filter or plug wasn't tightened during service and was told it was simply common overflow. After calling a tow truck to take our vehicle 70 miles to the dealership we were not keep updated on the status. When we arrived and asked what was performed we were told a simple car wash because it was common overflow of oil. When I further questioned the service adviser I was told he didn't have answers "I'm just the messenger". I traded the car the next day at another non-Toyota dealership. More
