Bob was a great and easy person to deal with. He didn’t play the back and forth and was straight to the point which I liked a lot. Smyth Volvo went out of their way to explain in detail issues with my very old car. They were able to prioritize repairs without trying to upsell me on unnecessary and expensive repairs.
