Tom C was great but special thanks and callout to James for identifying the front and rear oxygen sensors were installed in the opposite positions (from a different service center before I went to Smythe.) I had been prepared to purchase a new rear sensor and due to James discovery I did not need that installed and my car finally passed emissions. I can't thank James enough for demonstrating such honestly and high integrity. More
