No one acknowledge me upon arrival. I walked by five people who did not even make eye contact with me.I had to wait 5 hours for an oil change. At the end, no one walked me through it. This dealership was great; they were friendly, and it is a great place to buy a car from. Omar was also good, no pressure like so many other salespeople at dealerships. Jack is outstanding. But the service desk when I dropped off and picked up my car was unprofessional. Three were on the phone, one on computer and one female putting on her makeup. The same occurred when I went to pick up car, I stood there again service desk. No one wanted to help me again. They let new person help me pay for check out and she was new and no one came to help her. She was trying to have me sign a transfer of tile. I questioned it, she had someone her her and he didn’t Know either. When I picked up my keys I had other keys on the ring by accident and was only given only the car key. No one knew where keys were. I had to change Locks . I will never go there again. This was my second time having my car repaired there, horrible experience both times.! I am going to complete a yelp review. With exception of Jack, great customer. More
Only set back was the wait to see a sales person. I checked in and they called for someone, but no one came. We were the last people there on Saturday night and the person with the warranty details was gone, so Juan said he would email me the full document. Went in to look at a specific car that I saw on their website, test drove it and went to sit down for the numbers. The price they gave me was a couple thousand higher than listed online on their website website, test drove it and went to sit down for the numbers. They stated that they could not lower the price to the online OTD price and gave no reasoning as to why since it was listed that way on their site. Disappointed as this was my second dealership of the day. More
