Far from professional. I witnessed this finance person snapping photos and mocking another customer while I was at this dealership. Absolutely uncalled for. Already unhappy, because what should have been a 1 hour turned in to 3 hours, before I was informed that they couldn't fix my brake light, they had to order a module. 8 days later, going to pick it up.
