Overall, they had the car I wanted but from start to finish was the worst experience I could have had….. drove over 30 mins for a car on a Saturday, I explained I wanted my van to be appraised and wante finish was the worst experience I could have had….. drove over 30 mins for a car on a Saturday, I explained I wanted my van to be appraised and wanted to get this new van….. after only being allowed to “test” in the parking lot I said let’s do it. Instead of getting the car appraised the salesman wasted time trying to negotiate a payment even though I kept telling him I didn’t care about the payment right now. Then began to tell me everyone left, I said I can come back Monday, and then tried to get me to commit to a non refundable deposit which was completely unprofessional. Showed up Monday 10am….. van parked in front, we thought great it was detailed and ready….. found out later it wasn’t what so ever which is a shame knowing we were coming back. Again sat down and spoke to sales guy, he kept trying to get us to agree to a payment… I told him again, I don’t what interest rate your offering but i don’t care care about the payment. I had a 800+ credit score….. I was worried…..I didn’t care about the payment I had an under $900 month budget and under payment and knew I was fine with cash down as needed. But I kept telling him I don’t care let’s just get this rolling. After over and over of this payment xx, we finally signed documents before we went to finance……. Here comes the frustrating part, we didn’t get back there till about 1:30 or so, we sat outside for a very long time waiting….. He was great! Honesty the best we dealt with, however he had to explain the entire interest rate and everything because he said the sales guy should have…… After we get out the office, the VAN still wasn’t ready. They quickly did the detailing for us and what not. Later found lots of plastic missed, van wiper blade covers still on. Just a horrible experience……. Literally had to remind them to put temp tags on the van because they also forgot them! O and if someone is buying a 45k car and your sales guy offers bottle water to me and my wife and then comes back and says I’m sorry we’re out. I had to literally buy my own water. For a Kia dealership this is not a good one, I bought a new Nissan truck last year and it took all but 1.5 hours from start to finish. I hope this email finds you well, but I can’t recommend you guys to anyone! More
