We were greeted by Barbara Rady as soon as we came in, welcoming us back which we were very impressed by. Kent Fisher assisted us in test driving several different models and makes of SUVs, he was very accommodating and personable. We fell in love with a 2016 GMC Terrain Denali and Kevin Moore assisted us in the finance department. He explained everything to us very clearly and made us feel very at ease. After we were finished the General Manager Jim Meyers came over to congratulate us on our new purchase and for returning to Stoops. We will be recommending Stoops and Kent Fisher to all of our friends and family and will be returning when our current lease is due to expire!! More

Very Accommodating Dealer Joe Hayes and Stoops were very accommodating in helping me to buy a BMW there. Service with a smile I went to Stoops Buick and GMC and got the pleasure of working with Ryan Fawley. I told him exactly what I needed to accomidate my family and budget ( I went to Stoops Buick and GMC and got the pleasure of working with Ryan Fawley. I told him exactly what I needed to accomidate my family and budget (huge needs, low budget). Within minutes we found a comparable SUV. It was exactly what I was looking for. Ryan was extremely helpful, professional, and accommodating. I didn't feel pressured at all. We spent the rest of the day looking at other dealers and speaking to other "typical" car salesmen. None of the other salesmen were as great as Ryan and the prices on vehicles weren't even in the same ballpark as Stoops. I returned to Stoops 2 days later and signed a deal for my new (to me) GMC Acadia. They got me a better interest rate than my own credit union, took my trade without hassle, and made me feel like I genuinely mattered. I couldn't be happier with my experience @ Stoops and with Ryan. Even though I live an hour away, I will be taking my Acadia there for all her mantince needs because I know they will treat me right. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND Stoops & Ryan to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
