I could not be happier with the price we paid for our used car. Second, I was given a very fair trade-in value for my car. Finally, I was given exactly the interest rate I requested. (My bank said they would give me 2.9% or match down to 2.5%. I told the dealer if they could go below 2.5% I would go with them and they did!) I was also able to get tinted windows "thrown -in" to the deal and that experience was seamless as well. Steve was honest, upfront and not pushy. He was also very knowledgeable about my vehicle, even though Stoops does not carry new Chevrolets. I was also impressed by the customer service of the financing and used car managers as well. More

It is always done as promised and there is never a problem. They are good at communicating with us and competitve on pricing. We had a truck that was wrecked and the body shop got it in and fixed expediently. The truck looks brand new. They took care of all the insurance paperwork for us. We will continue to purchase and service all of our vehicles at Stoops because Kelli understands that service both before and after the sale is what keeps the competition at bay. More
