The sales rep, Sabino Menendez, was outstanding as far as knowledge and patience with me. I never felt pressured to purchase the automobile. He spent an amazing amount of time with me in the car, showing me knowledge and patience with me. I never felt pressured to purchase the automobile. The finance manager, Ben is excellent with numbers and worked his magic to get the monthly payment in the range that I could afford. The general manager Jin Lee was gracious and threw in a few extras that I had requested.. This dealership staff will have me as a long-term customer.
