In 2008, Tamiami purchased the Hyundai franchise from the O’Brien organization. The Zellers family and our staff are very proud to be associated with these two outstanding franchises. My sales representative (Jacob) and service advisor (Linda) have both been wonderful to work with. I am very happy with the window tinting service that was provided; only one minor flaw noted, but it h (Linda) have both been wonderful to work with. I am very happy with the window tinting service that was provided; only one minor flaw noted, but it hasn’t caused any issues/been a distraction. There are some minor cosmetic flaws regarding my vehicle I am waiting to hear back about pertaining to warranty coverage. Overall, it’s been a pleasant experience. More

The service department was not very friendly. My Hyundai was towed to the dealership and declared completely lost by the insurance company. When I arrived to to the service department they were n My Hyundai was towed to the dealership and declared completely lost by the insurance company. When I arrived to to the service department they were not helpful and just assumed I knew what to do since my car was towed there. They didn't offered any assistance in getting my personal belongings. Jut basically gave me the keys and told me to go find my car in the lot. This could have been a great sale opportunity for them since they knew I need a new car, but now, unfortunately they wont ever have my service. More
