Took my trade to the dealership on a second visit, I followed up to see if they had established a value due to very slow follow up. Received an e-mailed sales/trade-in offer at 4pm on Sunday afternoon. Called back on Monday morning to speak with the initial salesman, his day would not start until 1pm. Called back at 2pm, sales advises me someone is looking at "my truck". I replied ok, please call me back. Waiting...........no call back Monday afternoon, or Tuesday.......I buy a truck at a competing dealership My complaint is that the sales team, in my opinion did not coordinate their efforts, did not take my interest seriously and did not follow up in a timely manner. I commuted 1 hour each way on two different occasions and in retrospect it was a waste of time. I do not believe this is the type of service that the ownership of Ted Britt would be proud of. More

Best First Experience in the world! When I went to the Ted Britt Sterling location, I came in with no credit history, barely any money and no previous experience in buying cars apart fro When I went to the Ted Britt Sterling location, I came in with no credit history, barely any money and no previous experience in buying cars apart from vague family recommendations. I had my eyes set on a 2015 Chevrolet Spark because I work two jobs Monday through Friday and my day job requires over 40 miles of driving per day, and I was on a serious time crunch to get a car with better mileage before the holidays hit. Masame and Angel were the sales rep and manager that I worked with at this location and both were amazing in working to help me achieve an affordable approach to buying this car given my financial situation and lack of experience. They went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best deal available and even gave me some extra advice on how to manage my car payments. Their finance manager, Angie, was also extremely courteous and helpful in making sure I had everything settled and all were exceptionally friendly. I couldn't ask for a better first purchase! I left with my brand new Spark off their lot after just a day or two of browsing and sitting with them to finalize the details of the sale. I'm extremely happy with my new car and so thankful for the service I received. Thank you Masame, Angie, and Angel - you are all life savers!! More

We asked why the car was significantly more expensive than new models with less mileage that were at other dealerships, and he basically dismissed us and never gave us a ball back. Needless to say, we ended up buying a newer Camaro with only 13k miles (compared to 23k) for about 2k less than Tedd Britts older (and more beat up) model. Message to Randy: Just because your customers look young, does not mean they cannot afford a nicer car. More

Best new vehicle purchase experience ever!!! I was internet searching for a new 2500 HD Silverado and found 2 at Ted Britt Chevrolet that had the exact equipment that I was looking for. My first I was internet searching for a new 2500 HD Silverado and found 2 at Ted Britt Chevrolet that had the exact equipment that I was looking for. My first color choice was Summit White and 1 of the 2 trucks was Summit White! I made my first contact with Angel who is Ted Britt's Sales Mgr. Within a 5 minute phone call we had a price agreement that saved me $916 over the best price I received from any of my local Chevrolet dealers. Without even seeing my trade in, Angel even went so far as to agree to a trade value that matched the best offer any local dealer had offered. Once Angel and I agreed to price, he turned the transaction over to a great salesman named Hook. Hook and I exchanged several emails and set up a date to make the purchase. We made a 4 hour (one way) drive to purchase the vehicle on a Sat morning. Our new truck was ready when we arrived and much of the paperwork had been completed in advance. Hook insisted he and I take the truck on a short test drive while my wife chose to relax in the show room. Upon our return Hook went over items such as SiriusXM, OnStar, MyLink, etc. He gave us good advice on what to do as well as what not to do regarding optional services. Once all that was done, Hook turned us over to Omar in the Business Office. Omar was ready for us as well. We spent about 30 minutes signing all the paperwork, but half that time was spent talking about family and things we had in common. My wife and I really felt at ease with Omar and could sense what a dedicated family man he is. By the time we finished, I was wishing we could stay an extra day and attend his son's 7th birthday party which was planned for the following day. My wife and I knew it was going to be a special day for Omar & son and it would have been fun to witness the special day that dad & son were getting ready to share. There were several options that Omar offered us, however, he presented them with good advice and without the high pressure sales pitches so commonly used by the business/finance reps at many dealerships. The entire purchase process took about 2 hours and half of that was just casual conversation. Angel, Hook, and Omar were a true pleasure to deal with. I've purchased over 20 new & used cares over the years and most have been time consuming business transactions that you had to be very cautious about every step of the way. These 3 professionals got everything right the first time and actually put the fun, joy, and excitement back into buying a new vehicle! All 3 are the kind of people you actually enjoy sitting across the desk from. I felt as if their handshake was as good as a written contract. All in all, it was a great transaction and a very pleasant day. It was about a 12 hour day for us with the drive, but well worth it. I'd do it again without hesitation. My wife and I would like to express our deepest thanks to Angel, Hook, and Omar for making this a pleasurable purchase. BTW, neither my wife nor I have ever named a vehicle in our lives. Our beautiful new white 2500 HD seems quite special and is now part of our family and most deserving of a name of her own. She has been officially named "LOLA"! On the way home we kept the XM radio on the 50's & 60's channels. Maureen and I were both singing along to some great oldies which we've NEVER done before! It was a really fun day for us! I can sense that Lola, Maureen, and I are going to have some great times in the future and we are sure looking forward to some road trips together. I worked with the following individuals, who made the entire experience problem-free from the sales negotiation process & final car cost (James Nystrom, Angel Gammons, & Donald Kim), selection of add-on options, installation, & financing & Maryland vehicle registration & tags (Rico Caldwell & Veda Simpson), as well as some Parts Department (i.e., programmed extra remote into vehicle options menu & made extra key) & Service personnel (Chris Thomas), who did some final punch-list items completion, before final vehicle delivery. I do give the highest praise to these individuals, & the dealership, for making the whole experience the most pleasant, problem-free, & professional, in all of my used car buying experiences. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. More
