TED BRITT FOR LIFE! I bought a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado from the sales associate, Brant. The process was easy and stressless. I knew a number I could afford, I had a trade I bought a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado from the sales associate, Brant. The process was easy and stressless. I knew a number I could afford, I had a trade in, and told them how they could make the sale. the appraisal of my vehicle only took 27 seconds (I literally timed them...), and they offered 2,200 above Blue Book's value for it. While they gave me the best deal they could, for the month of march, the manager, Angel, told me to wait until the following day (April 1) to see if any more rebates would appear. Im a full time student who's only 19 years old, so saving a buck or two here and there is extremely helpful. Well, after allowing me to take home the '17 colorado for the night to see if it fit in my garage, they offered me ANOTHER REBATE on April 1. I didn't even know about this and they worked to ensure I got the best deal. Furthermore, my trade in had after market parts on it and I needed them removed before Ted britt could re-sell it. They were more than accommodating. After I bought my '17 Colorado, the vehicle I traded in was allowed to be stored on their lot for a number of days before I was able to get it towed to a body shop to remove the after market lights. During this time, Ted Britt took my '17 colorado to a body shop to remove a few minor surface scratches I noticed during my test drive. That being said, I didn't have a vehicle to drive for the days it would take to get the scratches out, until, the Used Car Manager, David Poole, offered me a vehicle they currently had for sale as my loaner vehicle FOR FREE since I wasn't able to rent one (too young to rent in VA). David offered to have his inventory manager, Jimmy, drive me to and from the third party location to retrieve my older truck and offered any other services I need. The service department, in particular Manny, was wonderful, too. They worked quickly and effectively to address my concerns and correct the paint on the vehicle. It's flawless now.. BRANT, ANGIE, DAN, ANGEL, MANNY, DAVID, AND JIMMY- THANK YOU!!!!! YOU HAVE CREATED AN ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND I WILL BE REFERRING ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO YOUR DEALERSHIP. Kudos to Anthony Saunders I would like to thank Anthony on his help in the purchase of my new Chevy Traverse. I've been looking to buy a Traverse for over a year. Unfortunately I would like to thank Anthony on his help in the purchase of my new Chevy Traverse. I've been looking to buy a Traverse for over a year. Unfortunately I was not able to do so then, but last week I was ready. I stopped by to talk to Anthony about purchasing one. He was with a client. He asked me to give him a minute, but I was running late to work and could only wait for so long. I got his number and texted to the information on the car I wanted to buy. I also let him know how much money I was working with. He texted back and said," let me see what I can do". He texted later with some questions to see if I qualified for some extra rebates. I told him that I was depending on him to make it happen, and that I was not in any hurry. A couple of days later, Anthony pulled up to my job with the car I wanted. He not only had the car I wanted, but the price I needed!!!!! How, I don't know, but I was so happy!!! When I went by the dealership after I got off, Anthony was so professional. Everything was in order and waiting for my signature. Buying a car is a long process, but Anthony did all he could do before I got there to make sure I didn't have to spend hours there. Thank you so much Anthony for all you did to have a satisfied customer!!! When the sales rep treats you with respect, answers your questions, but most importantly, treats my significant other with respect, it goes a long way with me. There were no "you can store all of your makeup here!" comments, which I truly loathe and experienced at the Jeep dealership in Fairfax. It was a very welcome environment instead. I can't say enough good things about our salesman, Mas, or the finance department that worked with me in getting the best deal possible. It felt like a win/win negotiation and that's all you can ask for when buying a new car. Thank you again, Ted Britt Chevy! More
Great experience for an often dreaded task I knew what I wanted, did the research and contacted this dealership (135 miles away in usually awful traffic) via email with some parameters. Their car had a couple of options I was looking for that were hard to find together. They came back with a great lease proposal that given my research I knew was good. On that, I drove 2 hours to them partially expecting a 'new' proposal or 'we forgot ___'...but nothing changed, everything straight up. So I feel very good about my acquisition. My sales contact Farid Khan was top notch and an enjoyable gent. And for the financial part, Wendy was also great, I didn't need a lot of aftermarket stuff on a lease, she explained everything but not the usual armtwisting. So, all in all Ted Britt was a great experience as far as car purchasing goes. Plus, the Gen 2 Volt is an AWESOME vehicle. So connected, quiet, solid, relaxing and perfect for my situation. Don't get the NAV option...usb your phone in and use Google maps or iOS and it comes up on the car screen. Probably won't use gas except to go RIC to CLT to visit family. Otherwise 53+ miles pure electric will cover me every day. I had a Leaf which got more pure electric miles..but after 90 miles you're done. And the Volt is just a better, more substantial car. Luckily they told me they were going to try to screw me up front so I left, without receiving my recall service (potential fire hazard). I tried to make another appointment and the rude woman who answered said they would only accomodate me on a weekday since it's a recall (not important to them). She refused to let me bring my truck in on Saturday. Then she hung up on me. Worst customer service center on the planet. Don't bother. I would never bring a car here. They don't give a xxxx about the customer. More
