Evan Douglas was the salesman and he is the reson we bought our car there. There were a few times we were slightly fustrated because of paperwork and even the price. Evan kept calm and because of this it kept us at a level tone also.
Toyota is a good car, we bought our last car there, Our son and daughter bought their cars there too. When you are a dealership we know and they know the price is only going so low...because they are there to make money. Presentaion sometimes is what sells the car. Evan did a great job with this.

Evan Douglas was everything that you'd want a salesman to be: informative but not pushy, interested in hearing my vehicle needs, not what he needed to "move". Evan was just the right balance of friendly and professional. :-)

Frank Mikolike was patient and personable. He, too, moved the sale along smoothly and presented my options clearly and objectively. :-)

Oh, and they both had a great sense of humor - very important!!!

Sales staff was not very well informed on new cars and options. I specifically asked if I needed electric brakes on my new Tundra for a trailer and was told "No, you're all set". I had to spend $200 out of pocket to add these at a trailer depot store. I was told "No problem getting any color combination you want". This did not happen although I was satisfied with what was received. I was told I needed a new registration at extra cost. That was not true and I am still awaiting a check for the amount overpaid. I wanted a less expensive trailer mirror option but was told it would cost more. Two different times I tried to call the dealership and was mis-directed one time and (accidently) hung up on another time. I was turned off when told that the salesman's wages would be based on my review. I also thought the value on my trade could have been better (they offered $1000 less than Kelley Blue Book).
I am happy with the quality and look of the new Tundra. I am also looking forward to lifetime free oil and battery changes. The service waiting area looks inviting and comfortable.

Good fair deal, great people who listened and responded to my needs. Final details handled very professionally by Gloria. CJ was a new sales representative but he did a fine job of putting together and acceptable deal for me.

This was the only dealer that I visit, and after dealing with them I didn't see no need to visit another dealer. I've dealt with this dealership before and there experience only gets better. Mike and Gloria were not pushy like other dealers I have dealt with in the past. Very professional

We just bought a Rav4 from Toyota of Wallingford.Our sales person was Celina Mason.Totally professional,curtious ,very knowledgeable and helpful.The thing I liked best was she ALWAYS followed up and kept us informed throughout the whole process.Thanks again celina for a pain free transaction!!! lol I would buy another car from Celina and the dealership any time and recommend them highly...P.S. Recently my family ran into a money snag and we found we were spending almost $500 on gas a month alone, just for work. After an accident which totaled our not-so-old van, we were in immediate need of a replacement vehicle. After discussing crossover vs. van we opted instead to look at small pick-ups. At the recommendation of friends from upstate New York, we chose to look at the Toyota Tacoma. We already knew of the reliability of Toyota products per friends and reports so chose to go to our local dealership, Toyota of Wallingford. We were immmediately taken care of by Steve Rincon who went over all features, price, delivery, etc. After going for a test drive we decided to purchase the truck we had driven.
We were able to pick up the new truck within the week and return our rental in a timely manner. Steve instructed us on all the features of the truck and even connected our phones to the car via bluetooth! This is very exciting to have this feature which would have taken us some time to figure out.
Steve was very friendly, professional, and a great salesman. Our truck is great, comfortable, and fun to drive. We will be happy to recommend Toyota of Wallingford as a dealership and Steve Rincon as a terrific salesman.

I believe in doing business within my community and this dealership has done a great deal for the community here in Wallingford so when, I was looking for a new car for my 17 year old daughter Toyota of Wallingford was my first stop . Celina Mason was the BEST sales person I have ever dealt with .She was professional and patient with myself and daughter . She listened to what my daughter wanted and advised us on the best vehicle for her .A 2013 Toyota Corolla S . When we took delivery of the vehicle Celina was the poster child for customer service . She made sure my daughter had all her questions answered about the car . She also went the extra mile to ensure the vehicle was pristine. She had the body shop person come out and remove all the little scratches from the vehicle . She also instructed my daughter on the important thing in a car for a 17 year old . Setting up the blue tooth for her phone and how the radio works .She also setup the first service appointment for my daughter for her 5k mile service . This type of service you don’t expect from a car dealer these days . I would also like to thank Paul Solomon for his help with the financing of the vehicle. The total experience was wonderful.

I am grateful to have been introduced to Steven at Toyota of Wallingford from a friends mother. He was very compassionate with my situtaion and sensitive to the time frame that I had. I am glad that he was so determined to make sure that he got me the best deal for the extremes of my income and living status. I came in with pretty much pennies in my pocket and he made sure that I left with something reliable and dependable which is exactly what I needed. Gloria was such a great help with informing me of all the fine print being this is my first time owning my own car with a payment i was sure i wasnt comfortable with, and walked me through this even as a friend. She was also very helpful with deciding my best option for payments that worked around my income as well as the best help with searching for the right car insurance that better benefitted me. I briefly met Sohail but from what I understand he made a strong argument in my favor to make sure I was taken care of at all costs. I would just like to thank these three employee's specifically because most car dealerships dont care about your story, they care about the money that your bringing to the table. I would recommend Toyota of Wallingford to any of my friends or family and specifically mention these three employees because they were so heartfelt with helping me out with my situation and I appreciate the down to earth determination of making sure I was taken care of as a person not a dollar sign and for them looking out for my best interest in leaving this lot with the best possible deal given my circumstances.
