My Review of Toyota and Scion of Wallingford:
Salesman was extremely polite and had in-depth knowledge of the vehicle. Processing of paperwork proceeded smoothly and in a very timely manner. Everyone at Scion of Wallingford strived for customer #1 and my wife and I were very pleased. The new TC was immacculately prepared and ready when promised. Accessory installation was excellent. They will definitely have my return business and highest recommendation for new customers.

Took in my 08 4runner for service and had an issue but after talking to Val Santos, D. Roberts, K. Carofano the issue was resolved. This dealership went out of their way to make sure that the customer was happy. Service exceed my expectations. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and accomodating. Allowed me a 3 hr test drive to make sure I would be comfortable in a Prius. I felt very comfortable during the whole process. They kept me well informed during the entire process. Upon delivery my agent wasn't satisfied with the cleanliness of the car so he sent it back. Since the delivery process took longer than normal the Customer Service Manager came to talk with me and provided me the 5000 mile checkup free. They all seemed genuinely concerned that I was satisfied.

My Review of Toyota and Scion of Wallingford:
My initial plan was to buy a pre-owned/certified small SUV from a friend who sells a competitive product (my girlfriend recently purchased a vehicle from him last year and we were quite happy with the car), but after reading reviews on the RAV4, we decided to check out some of the Toyota dealers to compare products. Toyota of Wallingford was our 2nd Toyota dealer and we were impressed with the clean and sociable environment as soon as we walked in. Ron Jackson introduced us to Dave Goduti who immediately provided a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for us to talk. We were never rushed into a sales pitch and we were actually given a leisurely tour of the entire dealership including the service dept. before we talked about what I wanted in a vehicle. We were impressed with the numerous awards they’ve received over the years for customer satisfaction and retention and were treated as family the entire time. I had 2 lists consisting of what I needed and what I wanted in a vehicle and I was trying to compile a 3rd list of a compromise of the previous 2. Dave was extremely patient and listened to all of my concerns before taking us out on a couple of test drives. Afterwards we all sat down to discuss costs and surprisingly, Dave made it possible and affordable for me to purchase a brand new RAV4 Sport with everything I needed and wanted. I did not have to compromise anything thanks to David Goduti. I did have to wait a few weeks for a particular color Dave suggested and I am extremely grateful I did! The car arrived within Dave’s time estimate and unbeknownst to me, my girlfriend conspired with Dave to have a giant bow (with my favorite colors) placed on the car before I arrived that morning to pick it up! As I pulled up, a huge smile came across my face as my 1st brand new car was the center of attention at the front door! Not only am I happy with my car and the deal Dave made possible, but impressed with the long term benefits they provide as part of the package.
In today’s economy while other dealerships try to force a sale as quickly as possible, I feel Toyota of Wallingford has raised the bar when it comes to listening and interacting with the customer. I would have never expected the excellent treatment I was given by Ron and Dave from car salesmen. Whenever I had any questions or requests after the initial deal was made, Ron had the answers within a short amount of time. Dave gave me his personal cell# and made it a point to me that he’s available anytime if I have any concerns or questions, after I took the car home. This is class and professionalism that sets them apart from other dealerships. They stand behind what they say and are there when you need them. I highly recommend anyone shopping for a car to visit Toyota of Wallingford if not for a car, for the friendly atmosphere.

I would ABSOLUTELY reccommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. The Sales and Finance team both pulled out all the stops to get me into a new lease with a Corolla. I have yet to meet anyone who has any negative thing to say about driving a Toyota. My overall experience there was outstanding! I almost felt like I was among family the way I was taken care of. Looking forward to my next experience with them.

Overall, I would rate my experience at your dealership as excellant. My wife & I came in looking for a small, economical vehicle with good reliability & excellant MPG and after test driving 4 vehicles we decided to go with leasing a new Prius. I wasn't expecting to lease again but after David explained the current offers available as well as the added "gas savings" each month it was a no-brainer. I would definately recommend Wallingford Toyota to family & friends.

My Review of Toyota and Scion of Wallingford:
I received excellent service. Love my new car :) I have never bought a car in the US before this time so I can't compare this to another dealership. It was great that I could get the car right away and that all the paperwork was taken care of. The website was helpful too, and getting an internet special. I definitely look forward to the benefits promised by the dealership, such as free oil change and tires. The dealership is farther away from where I live than other Toyota dealers, but none are rated as highly. Last year I went to another dealer, but the person i dealt with was not as friendly and the whole place looked less clean and established.

I found the salesmen I dealt with to be knowledgeable and friendly. I choose the dealership because it was the one Conneticut contact for the USAA Car Buying Service for Toyota cars. The extras offered by the dealership also influenced my decision. My experience to date has been very positive, and I would recommend Toyota of Wallingford to all my friends.

From the very first moment we met Tim Harris; we knew we were in the right Toyota Dealership! We purchased a Toyota Highlander the very same day. Everyone was courteous and honest with us. No one tried the "Hard Sell" with us. Two days later we picked up our new Toyota Highlander. It was in great condition. We brought along four of our grandchildren. They were fully entertained in the very large playroom and T.V. room. What a pleasant experience. We were so tired of other Dealers. We really don't think; that we will ever deal with anyone else again. We highly recommend the Wallingford Toyota Dealership.
