I never visited a car dealership that PROMOTES SEGREGATION and a form of DISCRIMINATION OPENING among the sales management staff and upper management. I love my home country of Brazil but I live in this country for over 15 years. Speak and write fluent English and college educated. Telling me that I have to work with my own nationality or may be best due to them having a "Brazilian Team" is crazy. Is this what the business has resorted to? Anyways, the vehicle was purchased and we did work with the manager Carlos and salesman Javier. They did ok. I still would have felt more comfortable not being semi-politically-politely for us into working with a certain demographic but feel free to work with anyone in this 21st century. More

Tire Shine Stained My White Paint I had tire shine from this place stain my, not even 3 week old, White 2017 Tacoma SR5 paint. I bought my truck from a different dealer but had my truc I had tire shine from this place stain my, not even 3 week old, White 2017 Tacoma SR5 paint. I bought my truck from a different dealer but had my truck washed here at Toyota of Deerfield in south Florida. Darren Palmer, the General Sales Director flat out told me I was lying about the tire shine staining my paint. I said, ok let's put more tire shine on my tires and see if it stains my truck more, that will prove it was the tire shine. He refused and said he's not washing my truck because I'm not a customer of theirs. Then he told me he washes 300-500 cars a week and hasn't had one complaint like mine regarding tire shine staining the paint. I tried to show him the threads I found on tacomaworldDOTcom and a link from finishingDOTcom titled "Brown Stains on my Brand New Vehicle: Tire Shine? Mold Release Compound?" and he said he didn't care what "expert" threads or websites I showed him. After more complaining that my brand new truck (less than 2000 miles on it) was stained while he repeated "I can't do anything for you" he finally said "we no longer have business here" and him and his Professional Detailer turned their backs on me and walked away. COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. Guess my only option at this point is to cross my fingers and hope it fades over time. If I could give them less than 1 start I would. Very disappointed.. Update: As you can see by Toyota's response they do believe that I am lying. Even though their is plenty of documented information online about this very issue happening. I could go on and point out more false statements made from their reply (free oil changes for life - my wife bought a car there and did not receive "free oil changes for life") but they clearly don't really want to help me fix the issue their Tire Shine product caused to my truck. In reality they should at least warn you to let the tire shine dry before leaving, but they don't do that either. And since the valet guy failed to follow Toyota's own process I'm not recorded in their documents as having had been there. It was May 30th, 2017 at about 5:55pm. I arrived, a guy said "We actually close at 6, but let me help these people real quick." I waited about 15 minutes then someone came and grabbed my keys without really saying anything to me. 20 minutes later they brought my truck around and gave me my keys back. They didn't even get all the bugs off my truck (the whole reason for getting a wash). I wish since I didn't buy my truck there they would have told me they won't wash my car, then I wouldn't have the issue to begin with. But that's not the case. Now after multiple faults of Toyota Deerfield (failing to advise me I couldn't get my truck washed there since I wasn't a customer, failing to log me in their records as having service done there) I have a stained brand new truck and with their "expert opinion" want to blame it on something I "picked up off the road". If they wanted to help, they would. My wife bought her car here and went to get her car washed at least once a week for the last two years. She said recently they started requiring the valet guys to walk around the car and mark any current/visible damage on the car and the customer is supposed to sign it before they take it around back for the wash because they've been getting a lot of complaints about cars coming back with damage. They didn't do that either. So unless you want a stained car and a headache. I'd avoid this place. Update 2: Hey Toyota of Deerfield Beach, I already spoke to your Service Director, filed a complaint with Toyota corporate, then talked to your Customer Relations Manager as she's required by corporate to call me and she repeated the exact same things you and the Service Director already stated. The last thing I want to do is explain what happened again and be told what I'm saying isn't true and waste more of my time. Face it, the way your dealership treats customers of TOYOTA is garbage. I was excited to have a new truck. But people at your dealership have sucked that excitement dry. If you want to help me you will help me, not continue sending me down some wild goose chase to have fixed what was done by your dealership. More
